The role demands strong organization, the ability to work independently, and safe operation of warehouse equipment, including reach trucks and pallet jacks, with adherence to 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Warehouse Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with SAP B1 or ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Analytical, problem solving and reporting abilities.
• Training in operating a reach truck will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Committed and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; perform ERP transactions.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders; prepare shipments with proper labeling.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
• Operate a company vehicle for order collection and delivery; keep it clean.
• Follow 5S housekeeping and maintain warehouse security.
• Operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and report issues.
• Record stock movements and ensure ERP accuracy.
• Organize and store inventory with proper labeling.
• Communicate effectively with team, customers, and suppliers.
• Adhere to Naval Group Far East procedures.
• Address issues promptly and sustain corrective actions.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; perform GRPO transactions in ERP.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory records in ERP.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Pick and pack orders according to standards; prepare shipments with proper labelling and documentation.
• Ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
• Use a company vehicle for order collection and delivery; maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery, following company policies and procedures.
• Safely operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; perform routine maintenance and report issues.
• Maintain and service warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Record stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy in ERP.
• Organize and store inventory; ensure proper labelling and storage for easy access.
• Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain warehouse security.
• Address and resolve issues related to orders, collections, or deliveries promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
• Adhere to Naval Group Far East’s procedures and requirements.
• Sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues and address operational needs.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficiency with SAP B1 or any other ERP systems.
