Job summary

Corvanta Trading Pte. Ltd is seeking a warehouse assistant to support daily warehouse operations in Singapore. You will assist with receiving, checking, storing and issuing goods, and you will perform picking, packing and preparation for delivery.

The role involves accurate record-keeping and collaboration with the logistics team to ensure timely collection and delivery. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse-related work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication and documentation skills.
• Forklift licence will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, storing and issuing goods.
• Perform picking, packing, labelling and preparation of goods for delivery.
• Ensure goods are properly arranged and stored in designated areas.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Check goods for quantity and condition upon receiving and dispatch.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and collection.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and proper housekeeping within the warehouse.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
