Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse coordination.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Monitor inbound and outbound goods with accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts.
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, suppliers and customers on delivery arrangements.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately within deadlines.
• Monitor stock levels and flag discrepancies.
• Assist in warehouse planning to improve efficiency.
• Maintain warehouse procedures, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse reports and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
