Job summary

HANKYU HANSHIN EXPRESS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to perform daily operations including receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, loading and inventory counting in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse or freight forwarding, knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office, physical stamina, and willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse, 3PL, or freight forwarding sectors.
• Knowledge of inventory control, WMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming cargo and perform tally checks and inspections to ensure accuracy and quality before storage.
• Place incoming cargo into designated warehouse locations to maintain organized inventory.
• Pick and pack cargo accurately according to customer requirements to fulfill orders.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Provide support and assistance for any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to meet operational needs.
