Job summary

Lalamove EasyVan (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Associate to support vehicle sticker operations. You will paste and install stickers on Driver Partner vehicles, monitor daily operations, and perform outdoor tasks in an independent, hands-on role.

This role requires basic MS Office skills, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions. You will maintain stock/records, perform data entry, and help the team achieve KPIs while keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Outdoor and hands-on work experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.

• Paste and install Lalamove stickers on Driver Partner vehicles.
• Support daily sticker operations and coordination.
• Video record the number of vehicles with Lalamove's decals at a location (e.g., CBD).
• Manage sticker stock and keep operational records updated.
• Perform simple data entry and system updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the storage/warehouse area.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs.

Job Brief

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support Lalamove's vehicle sticker operations. Your main duties will include installing stickers on vehicles and conducting outdoor sticker survey activities to track Lalamove-branded vehicles on the road.

This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with outdoor work, able to work independently, and enjoys hands-on operational work.

What You'll Do

• Paste and install Lalamove stickers on Driver Partner vehicles

• Support daily sticker operations and coordination

• Video record the number of vehicles with Lalamove's decals that passes a specific location (Eg: CBD)

• Manage sticker stock and keep operational records updated

• Perform simple data entry and system updates

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the storage/warehouse area

• Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPIs
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum N-Level qualification or relevant work experience

• Comfortable with outdoor and hands-on work

• Able to work independently and follow instructions

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn

• Basic communication and teamwork skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred
