Job summary

Lalamove EasyVan (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Associate to support sticker operations for Lalamove-branded vehicles. You will install stickers, perform outdoor tasks, and help track vehicles on the road.

The role requires comfort with outdoor work, the ability to work independently, and a hands-on approach to daily operations. Training will cover stock management, data entry, and KPI-driven processes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the storage/warehouse area.
• Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPI.

Job Brief

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support Lalamove’s vehicle sticker operations. Your main duties will include installing stickers on vehicles and conducting outdoor sticker survey activities to track Lalamove-branded vehicles on the road.

This role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with outdoor work, able to work independently, and enjoys hands‑on operational work.

What You’ll Do

• Paste and install Lalamove stickers on Driver Partner vehicles

• Support daily sticker operations and coordination

• Video record the number of vehicles with Lalamove's decals that passes a specific location (Eg: CBD)

• Manage sticker stock and keep operational records updated

• Perform simple data entry and system updates

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the storage/warehouse area

• Support the team in achieving operational targets and KPI

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum N-Level qualification or relevant work experience

• Comfortable with outdoor and hands‑on work

• Able to work independently and follow instructions

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn

• Basic communication and teamwork skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is preferred
