Job summary

Maxsoft Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics functions in Singapore. The role covers inventory handling, order fulfilment, stock management and operational support to ensure efficient distribution of products.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided; candidates should be physically able to handle warehouse duties and work both independently and as part of a team. Basic MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Able to perform physical tasks, lift/move cartons.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock and shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery and collection.
• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain proper stock organization and warehouse housekeeping.
• Ensure products are handled and stored according to company standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
