Job summary

HRNET Ventures Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support receiving, inspection, labeling, put‑away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods according to SOPs.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy, operate basic warehouse equipment where licensed, and participate in shift handovers to ensure smooth operations. The role includes day and night shifts with a rotating pattern. This position offers a basic salary of SGD 2,500–2,800 per month plus sign-on and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education.
• 12-hour fixed day/night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inspection, labeling, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods according to SOPs.
• Ensure proper handling of inventory to minimise damage, loss and discrepancies.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks and forklifts where appropriately licensed.
• Maintain workplace safety, health and security standards.
• Keep assigned warehouse areas clean, organised and safe.
• Participate in proper shift handovers to ensure smooth operational continuity.
• Support peak operations, overtime requirements and urgent assignments when required.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
