Job summary

LOGICATORS WAREHOUSING PTE. LTD. in Tampines is seeking a warehouse support staff to handle inbound/outbound transactions in SAP and our in-house WMS. You will reply to customer enquiries via email and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth order processing.

You will perform picking, packing, and QC activities, monitor inventory accuracy, and participate in stock takes. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn with training provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound transactions in SAP and in-house warehouse management systems.
• Reply to customer enquiries and provide timely updates via email.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth order processing.
• Perform picking, packing, and quality checking (QC) activities.

• Support stock take and cycle count activities when required.
• Liaise with operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Assist in resolving operational and system-related issues.
• Follow instructions from the Supervisor/Manager and support daily operational requirements.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
