Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in West (Tuas). The role offers up to S$7,000/month plus variable bonus and requires 8–10 years in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in construction or manufacturing.

The successful candidate will lead warehouse teams, optimize space, ensure safety compliance and drive improvements in process efficiency and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related.
• 8–10 years of warehouse and inventory management experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading warehouse teams and overseeing inventory control.
• Able to plan and coordinate warehouse and site-related activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Relevant safety or project management certifications (e.g., BCSS, CAPM) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow, productivity and service standards.
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure materials are properly tagged, stored, organised and accessible for picking and stock checks.
• Optimise warehouse space utilisation while maintaining orderly storage and efficient material handling.
• Conduct quarterly inventory checks, aiming for zero stock discrepancies.
• Investigate operational incidents and inventory discrepancies, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Foster a positive team culture and maintain effective working relationships with warehouse supervisors.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and implement 5S housekeeping practices.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and warehouse security procedures.
• Contribute to operational planning, process improvements and warehouse performance reviews.
• Carry out other duties and projects assigned by management.

Basic Salary: Up to S$7,000/month + Variable Bonus

Working Days: Monday–Friday

Working Hours: 8:00am–5:30pm / 9:00am–6:30pm / 10:00am–7:30pm
