Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse logistics, process engineering, or related manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety principles and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to analyze operational data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned logistics area performance in safety, quality, cost, productivity, wastage and throughput.
• Lead warehouse safety improvement initiatives and implement preventive actions.
• Analyze current warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Improve inventory transaction accuracy within ERP/WMS systems.
• Develop, implement and train on SOPs and WIs to standardize processes across shifts.
• Collaborate with other departments on materials or product introductions and capacity planning.
