Job summary

Abbott Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team of Warehouse Specialists and frontline leaders at the Tuas plant. You will set short- and long-term warehouse strategies, define KPIs, and drive results across in-plant and external partners.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe storage, inventory control, budget management, and compliance with policies. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Sigma) to optimize material handling and service levels with cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Engineering or Materials Management.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Lean Sigma concepts are advantageous; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of Warehouse Specialists and frontline leaders.
• Define and align short- and long-term warehouse strategies.
• Set KPI, goals, and objectives; drive results.
• Manage in-plant and external 3rd-party warehouse operations.
• Ensure safe storage, inventory accuracy, and adherence to policies.
