Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to handle daily warehouse and storekeeping tasks in Singapore. You will receive, store, pick and pack orders, and maintain stock integrity with regular checks.

The role requires physical capability (5–15 kg) and basic computer skills, with a 5.5-day work week and a compensation package including AWS and performance bonuses, plus medical, dental and hospitalisation benefits.

Qualifications

• GCE N/O Levels required.
• Experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory, logistics or stock management.
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting 5–15 kg.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse and storekeeping duties, including receiving, storing and organising goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for delivery or distribution.
• Arrange and label stock and inventory for easy identification and retrieval.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control.
• Update stock movements, inventory records and transaction details in the system.
• Check goods for quantity, condition and accuracy upon receipt.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organisation of the warehouse/storage area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures when handling and moving goods.
• Handle and lift items weighing approximately 5–15kg.
