Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate packing and strict FIFO inventory control at the Pioneer site.

You will receive and issue materials, maintain inventory records, and support annual stocktakes and audits as part of routine warehouse operations.

Salary ranges SGD 2,000–2,200 monthly with AWS and a performance bonus, with working hours Mon–Thu 7.30am–5.00pm and Fri 7.30am–4.00pm.

Qualifications

• O-Level, NITEC, or Higher NITEC in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or a related role.
• Possess valid forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure finished products are packed accurately per packing plan, shipment requirements, and accompanying documentation.
• Receive and issue materials according to FIFO principles and applicable batch or date-code requirements.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and updated promptly in the warehouse management or inventory system.
• Participate in annual stocktakes, cycle counts, and customer, ISO, and TS audit activities.
• Maintain accurate warehouse stock levels and optimize storage space to support efficient operations.
• Keep the warehouse and surrounding areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
• Ensure suppliers and delivery personnel comply with company's safety, security, and receiving procedures when delivering stock.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, documentation issues, and safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
