Job summary

AVIATION LABOUR GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Singapore to support daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, ensuring accurate inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized environment.

The role involves manual handling and collaboration with team members to meet daily operational needs, with preference for candidates holding a valid Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum GSE O’ Level or NITEC certificate.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
• Able to perform physical work and manual lifting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and collaborating with other teams.
• Possesses a Class 3 driving license (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Store, label, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform stock counting and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or internal distribution.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of goods and shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues.
• Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns to supervisors.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
