Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Store Admin in Loyang, Singapore. The role supports store and warehouse operations, coordinates with suppliers and colleagues, and handles stock checks for spare parts.

Working hours are 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm). Basic salary ranges from SGD 1,800 to SGD 2,400 plus OT and VB, with permanent employment. Preference for secondary education and prior warehouse admin experience.

Qualifications

• Provide support for store and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and colleagues.
• Conduct stock checks (spare parts) for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Liaise with admin staff and colleagues on orders, deliveries, feedback, and related matters.
• Prepare accurate documents such as Delivery Orders and Goods Return Notes.
• Assist with stock count exercises as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
