Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse, Logistics & Operations Assistant to join our Serangoon North site. The role supports production through materials handling, shipping documentation, and ERP transactions in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will manage inventory, coordinate deliveries with providers, and assist with production activities as needed. Candidates should have 2+ years in warehouse/ logistics roles and be proficient with Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or production support.
• Familiarity with material handling, stock control, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Good organisational, communication, and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper storage, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organisation.
• Handle material collection, dispatch, Returns, and loading/unloading to support production operations.
• Prepare shipping labels, Certificates of Conformance (COC), and other shipping and export documentation.
• Coordinate shipment preparation, freight bookings, cargo releases, and deliveries with logistics providers.
• Process ERP transactions, including goods receipts, stock movements, inventory reservations, and work order closures.
• Conduct stock-taking, inventory reconciliation, and operational supplies monitoring, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate warehouse, shipping, and operational records while coordinating with internal departments.
• Support production activities, including slitting, inspection, secondary processing, and packaging when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
