Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable technician to provide first-level technical support for repair and maintenance across warehouses, offices and buildings located in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with subcontractors on repair, maintenance and A&A works, and responding promptly to stakeholder requests with hands-on technical guidance. You will troubleshoot M&E issues, handle administrative duties such as reports and meter readings, and support domestic travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for repair and maintenance across warehouses, offices and buildings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on repair, maintenance and A&A works.
• Respond promptly to stakeholder requests with technical support as required.
• Troubleshoot M&E issues and provide technical guidance to subcontractors.
• Handle administrative tasks including reports, electricity meter readings and quotations.
• Support domestic travel when required and be reachable outside office hours.
• Comply with safety policies including the Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy.
