Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Pick & Pack / Delivery Support) at our Tuas site, Singapore. You will perform warehousing tasks, pick-and-pack goods, and assist with deliveries in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Working hours are 5.5 days per week, with OT as required. You will help with stock counts, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support the delivery team during driver runs.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and cargo handling.
• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg safely.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and store incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for delivery.
• Assist with stock counts and daily warehouse operations.
• Accompany the driver for deliveries and assist with handling goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
• Follow warehouse safety, security and operating procedures.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties when assigned.

Position: Warehouse Assistant (Pick & Pack / Delivery Support)

Location: Tuas - with two-way transport from Boon Lay MRT

Working hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm; Saturday, 8.30am to 1.00pm

Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $2800 + AWS + Medical + Dental + Variable Bonus

Work Environment: Non-air-conditioned warehouse

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Load, unload and store incoming and outgoing cargo.
• Pick, pack and prepare goods accurately for delivery.
• Assist with stock counts and daily warehouse operations.
• Accompany the driver for deliveries and assist with handling goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
• Follow warehouse safety, security and operating procedures.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties when assigned.

Requirements :

• Relevant warehouse, cargo-handling or pick-and-pack experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse.
• Able to handle goods weighing up to 20kg safely.
• Willing to accompany drivers for deliveries.
• Willing to work overtime when operationally required.
• Able to work effectively with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Class 4 driving license or forklift license is an advantage.
