Job summary

PALMAX is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to join our Win5, Yishun operation. Working days are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with immediate start and a 1‑month probation at SGD 9/hour.

During probation you will learn, then upon confirmation your rate increases to SGD 10/hour. You will pick and pack orders, verify quantities, label parcels, receive stock, conduct stock counts, and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Qualifications

• No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is important.
• Able to commit to the stated Monday-Friday, 10 AM-2 PM schedule.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail when picking and packing orders.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Check product quantities and order details before packing.
• Label and prepare parcels for delivery/collection.
• Receive, sort, and put away incoming stock.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Keep the warehouse and packing area clean and organized.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving goods when required.
• Help with other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens & PRs only

Salary

Starting rate: $9/hour during probation

Probation period: 1 month

Upon successful confirmation, the rate will increase to $10/hour

Salary paid monthly on the 1st of each month

Job Responsibilities

Role Flexibility

Pick & Pack will be the main responsibility , but the employee should be flexible and willing to assist with other warehouse tasks when required, especially during quieter periods or when additional support is needed.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, and moving boxes/products.
• Able to perform repetitive picking and packing tasks.
• Physically fit enough to handle general warehouse duties safely.
