Job summary

HYUCO Employment Agency Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Warehouse E-commerce Assistant for our Singapore-based operations. You will pick and pack orders, verify items and labels, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Working hours are 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with eight days off per month. OT is required on busy days, and productivity targets apply. Training will be provided for the computer packing system.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking and packing in an e-commerce or warehouse environment is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet daily targets.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and punctual.
• Good teamwork and able to work efficiently.

• Ensure correct items, quantities and labels before shipment

WE’RE HIRING – WAREHOUSE E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

Salary: $2,300 – $2,600 OT Rate: 1.5x / 2x Location: Joo Koon (EW29)

WORKING HOURS:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 8 days off per month
• Required to work on certain public holidays, with 1 replacement day off
• OT required when necessary (usually on Mondays)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick and pack orders according to SOP
• Ensure correct items, quantities and labels before shipment
• Perform quality checks before packing
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing stations and warehouse

REQUIREMENTS:

• Picking & packing experience required
• E-commerce warehouse experience is an advantage
• Computer packing system training will be provided
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets
• Detail-oriented, responsible and punctual
• Able to stand for long working hours
• Good teamwork and able to work efficiently
• Good eyesight and able to handle items accurately
