Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
• Able to operate VNA/Stacker/Forklift is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Key in warehouse operation data into the WMS accurately.
• Respond and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with customers on inbound and outbound shipments.
• Perform and support cycle counts and inventory counts.
• Maintain filing of warehouse documentation.
• Perform daily pick, pack, and transport arrangements.
• Execute any other duties as assigned.
