Job summary

HRNet Ventures Pte Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Assistant at Tai Seng. The role offers regular office hours, a 5-day week, and weekends off with a 6–12 month contract. Immediate hiring and limited positions are available for candidates with goods receiving or pick & pack experience.

Applicants should be physically fit, able to lift cartons, and comfortable with basic data entry for shipment tracking. No forklift licence is required.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience in goods receiving / pick & pack is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move cartons.
• Comfortable with stretch-wrapping around 20 pallets daily.
• No forklift/pallet jack licence required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and unload incoming goods.
• Check goods and complete warehouse documentation.
• Perform picking, packing and stock replenishment.
• Organise, label and maintain inventory.
• Assist with stock counts / cycle counts.
• Prepare shipments for packing and dispatch.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness.
• Support other ad-hoc warehouse duties.
