Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated warehouse assistant to sort and organise customer cartons, retrieve items from storage, and support secure document destruction. This role involves standing for long periods and manual handling in a fast-paced environment at Clementi Loop and Quality Road.

You will contribute to daily operations, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and help move paper records and archive materials as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level
• Able to commit minimum 3 months or long-term (can be permanent as well)
• Safety shoes claimable (at least work for 1 month)

Responsibilities

• Sort and organise documents from customer cartons into designated storage containers.
• Retrieve and transfer cartons and files from storage locations as required.
• Collect and handle cartons designated for secure document destruction.
• Assist with the movement and handling of paper records, cartons, and archive materials.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Support daily operational activities to ensure efficient document processing and storage management.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment, involving prolonged periods of standing and manual handling of cartons.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm, Fri 8am to 5pm

Salary: $12/HR
