Job summary

Luxury Ventures Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy and uphold safety standards in a busy storage environment. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 12kg, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, five days per week, in our Singapore

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads up to 12kg.
• Comfortable standing for long periods during working hours.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries.
• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch and coordinate with delivery personnel.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
• Label, sort, and organize products and materials.
• Other ad-hoc logistics task as assigned
