Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator to receive, inspect and verify shipments, update ERP records, and maintain accurate stock levels. You will pick/pack orders, prepare shipments with proper labeling, and ensure timely delivery to meet customer requirements.

You will operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment, maintain documentation, and uphold 5S standards while coordinating with team members, customers, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warehouse Operator or in a similar role.
• Valid driving license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Proficiency with SAP B1 or any other ERP systems.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as part of warehouse operations.
• Training in operating a reach truck will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication.
• Committed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Organise and store inventory with proper labeling and storage.
• Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain warehouse security.
• Address and resolve order, collection, or delivery issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team, customers, and suppliers.

• Ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery, following company policies and procedures.
• Safely operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; perform routine maintenance and report issues.
• Maintain and service warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Record stock movements and ensure inventory accuracy in ERP.
• Organise and store inventory; ensure proper labelling and storage for easy access.
• Follow 5S housekeeping standards and maintain warehouse security.
• Address and resolve issues related to orders, collections, or deliveries promptly.
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
• Sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues and address operational needs.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.
