Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring for a warehouse specialist based in Boon Lay, Singapore. The role involves receiving goods, inspecting with RFID, and performing cycle counts across plant and warehouse locations to ensure accurate stock levels.

You will coordinate with internal teams to move materials smoothly, handle stock movements and returns via SAP/HANA, and maintain thorough documentation. A forklift license is preferred; OT may be required on occasion.

Qualifications

• Minimum education N/O Level or equivalent.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Proficient in SAP and HANA systems for inventory and material management.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in stock handling and documentation.
• Good organizational and coordination skills for internal stakeholders.
• Prior warehouse operations or inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming goods receiving and inspection using RFID systems for items from various locations.
• Conduct cycle counts of furnished items at plant and warehouse locations as required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material movement.
• Maintain stock and material accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Execute material movements and returns to warehouse using SAP/HANA.
• Maintain documentation and system records for inventory transactions.
• Comply with workplace safety procedures and guidelines.

Job description

Salary: Up to $2600

Contract: 1 year (Renewable/ Convertible)

Location: Boon Lay

Working days: Mon to Fri (OT if required)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming goods receiving and inspection using RFID systems, including furnished items from various plant and warehouse locations
• Conduct cycle counts of furnished items at plant and warehouse locations as required
• Coordinate and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material movement
• Ensure stock and material accuracy during distribution and promptly investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect or missing spares
• Execute material movements and process material returns to warehouse using SAP/HANA
• Maintain proper documentation and system records related to inventory transactions
• Comply with workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines

Job Requirements

• Minimum education N/O Level or equivalent
• Prefer with valid forklift license as the job scope requires
• Proficient inSAP and HANAsystems for inventory and material management
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in stock handling and documentation
• Good organizational and coordination skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or material handling is preferred
