Job summary

The role suits someone with a background in supply chain or logistics who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, assist with warehouse and inventory tasks, and identify workflow improvements. Strong English and Mandarin communication is essential to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational skills with keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; WMS experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Operational Support: Assist in managing warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in workflow efficiency and implement solutions.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Service Support: Address operational inquiries from clients and provide timely updates.

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Assistant to support our logistics and operational functions in Singapore, East side. This role is ideal for someone with a good background in supply chain, logistics, or operations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
• Operational Support: Assist in managing warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in workflow efficiency and implement solutions.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
