BUSINESS ENGINEERS ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse operations assistant to support stock taking, picking, and packing orders for e-commerce fulfillment.

You will operate basic computer systems to update inventory, perform stock checks, and ensure accurate records while handling inbound and outbound shipments. The role requires safe handling of heavy items and teamwork to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic computer systems to update and track warehouse inventory accurately.
• Perform stock taking to verify inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet e-commerce fulfillment requirements.
• Sort inventory to organize stock for easy access and retrieval.
• Handle inbound shipments by receiving and inspecting deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Manage outbound shipments by preparing and loading pallets for dispatch.
• Safely handle heavy items and pallets to maintain workplace safety and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily warehouse operational goals.

Other Information

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
• Saturday: 8am to 1:30pm (5.5 days work week)

• Note: Some tasks involve heavy lifting and physically demanding work.
