Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound goods and follow put-away processes.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch shipments via various modes.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock checks; report discrepancies.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized per safety guidelines.
• Handle product returns and related documentation.
• Maintain records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.

Presidio is looking for a reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This is a hands-on role supporting daily warehouse operations — receiving, picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and follow put-away process (inbound).
• Pick, pack, and dispatch shipments via air, road, courier, and international logistics (outbound).
• Conduct cycle counts and stock checks; report discrepancies.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized per safety guidelines.
• Handle product returns and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
• Other duties as required.

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours.
