Zusammenfassung

Play Nation Private Limited is seeking a warehouse associate at our Joo Koon, Singapore location to move goods from receiving to dispatch. You will unload, store, pick, pack and maintain accurate records, with forklift use as needed.

The role requires a valid forklift license, basic computer skills, strong organization, teamwork and good communication. Work week is Monday to Friday with Saturday half-day rotations; salary SGD 2,000–2,300 plus OT.

Aufgaben

• Receiving Goods: unload, check, and record incoming shipments.
• Storage & Organization: place items in designated storage areas with proper labeling.
• Order Picking: accurately pick, pack and prepare orders; operate forklift as needed.
• Inventory Support: conduct stock counts, report discrepancies, maintain accuracy.
• Safety & Housekeeping: follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean.
• Team Collaboration: support supervisors and colleagues in daily ops and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving Goods: Assist in unloading, checking, and recording incoming shipments.

• Storage & Organization: Place items in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and arrangement.

• Order Picking: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. Operate Forklift to bring down stored items for picking and packing works.

• Inventory Support: Conduct stock counts, report discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with warehouse standards.

• Team Collaboration: Support supervisors and colleagues in daily operations and special projects.

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift License is a must

• Basic Computer skills is a must as candidate will need to use software like Microsoft Office, Epos, and Xero
