Job summary

WING JOO LOONG GINSENG HONG (SINGAPORE) COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between outlets and HQ.

Key duties include stock checks, assisting in daily warehouse tasks, helping delivery drivers, preparing shipments, handling admin duties, and packing when needed. The role requires bilingual abilities in English and Chinese, the ability to lift up to 20 kg, and Singaporean/PR status.

Qualifications

• Singaporean or PR status required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to read, write and speak English and Chinese.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain balance records.
• Assist in the smooth running of daily warehouse operations.
• Support delivery drivers by accompanying them on deliveries.
• Prepare shipments for online and outlet deliveries.
• Handle filing, data entry and general admin duties.
• Assist with product packing when required.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required.

• Support delivery drivers by accompanying them on deliveries
• Prepare shipments for online & outlet deliveries
• Handle filing, data entry and general admin duties
• Assist with product packing when required
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in both Chinese and English, as some customer orders and product names/information are in these languages
• Able to lift heavy goods up to 20kg

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: $2,000 - $2,600
