Job summary

Mindfulness City Investment Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations in Kampong Ubi Central Region.

This full-time, 6-day week role contributes to accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods. The candidate should be physically fit, able to lift up to 24 kg, read and write Chinese, and be willing to work overtime and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming goods.

• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and 5S in the warehouse.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworkingWarehouse Assistantto join our team in the Kampong Ubi Central Region.

This is afull-time position(6-days work week) that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution facilities. We require candidates to be proficient in speaking and reading Chinese (必须会写，会读中文)

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities that keep our warehouse running effectively, contributing directly to our commitment to delivering excellent service to our customers. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment whilst working as part of a collaborative team.

Reporting To

Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch according to order requirements.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods while ensuring they are handled safely and securely.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Update inventory records and ensure warehouse documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Comply with company warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect goods to the Warehouse Supervisor promptly.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or related working experience is preferred.
• Physically strong, fit and able to lift and carry goods weighing up to 24 kg.
• Basic computer skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Able to work on weekends, with off day on weekdays
• Able to read and write Chinese. 要会写，会读中文

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
• Valid Forklift Licence is preferred.
• Good communication and time management skills.

Working Environment

• Warehouse-based working environment.
• Requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and handling of goods.
• The role involves lifting and carrying items weighing up to 24 kg. 工作需要扛重物 -24 公斤
• Overtime, weekend, or public holiday work may be required based on operational needs.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SGD 2,000 – SGD 2,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)
