Job summary

PIC AND PIXEL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring stock accuracy and process compliance.

You will organize incoming stocks, conduct stock takes, and prepare packing lists while coordinating with forwarders and ensuring safety and tidy warehouse conditions.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level or above qualification.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving (including unstuff of containers), warehousing and distribution operations.
• Organize incoming stocks in accordance with the warehouse management plan.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock takes, or upon request.
• Maintain documentation and accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory movement.
• Report discrepancies or damage immediately.
• Pick, prepare packing labels and pack goods as per order requirements.
• Follow and support all local deliveries to sites.
• Ensure warehouse is tidy and safe, removing hazards from aisles.
• Prepare Pick Lists, Delivery Orders and Packing Lists as per order confirmation.
• Coordinate with forwarders for shipment arrangements.

Job description

The Role:

• Perform receiving (including unstuff of containers), warehousing and distribution operations.
• Organize incoming stocks/stocks in accordance with the warehouse management plan.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock take, or upon request.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory movement, as per our internal process and audit compliance.
• Report any discrepancies or damage in inventory immediately.
• Pick, prepare packing labels and pack goods as per order confirmation requirements.
• Follow and support all local deliveries to sites.
• Ensure that warehouse is tidy, clean and remove any safety hazards from aisles.
• Prepare Pick Lists, Delivery Orders and Packing Lists as per order confirmation, with minimal supervision.
• Coordination with the respective forwarders for shipment arrangement.

What Do You Need to Have?

• GCE N Level and above qualification.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. MUST be physically fit - must be able to carry cartons up to 25kg
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
