ACA PACIFIC TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse/Store Assistant responsible for supporting warehouse operations.

Your tasks will include moving and packing stock, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with stock management. Can communicate effectively in Chinese and English, you will work with the team to ensure productivity and safety. The role involves physical activities, so good stamina and ability to lift heavy items are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to speak Chinese & English, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Excel basic knowledge required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the warehouse supervisor with moving and packing stock.
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Assist with stock ins/outs and stock-takes.
• Perform warehouse receiving activities.
• Verify physical stock with system orders.
• Perform system GRN and other inventory actions.
• Coordinate placement of goods for inspection.
• Perform stock counts and update stock cards.
• Report missing or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Assist in bin-in and other warehouse activities.
• Update daily delivery/collection schedule.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers.

• Your main responsibility will be as a Warehouse/Store Assistant.
• You will assist the warehouse supervisor in moving and packing stock and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Assist in stock ins/outs and stock-takes.
• Perform warehouse receiving activities.
• Verify physical stock with system order and delivery document.
• Perform system GRN and other related system inventory actions.
• Coordinate the placement of received goods for incoming inspection.
• Perform stock counts and update stock cards Report missing or damaged items to the supervisor
• Report missing or damaged items to the supervisor
• Assist in bin-in/ other warehouse activities.
• Other miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks assigned
• Update daily delivery/collection schedule in Detrack system
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to meet productivity targets
• Promptly notify management of damaged merchandise or equipment
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment in safe working condition
