Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics clerk to handle day-to-day shipments, respond to customer enquiries, and monitor shipments till closure.

You will liaise with internal and external customers and suppliers, coordinate transport bookings and schedules, and maintain WMS and customer systems. Prerequisites include minimum N Level, Mandarin communication ability, WMS and MS Office knowledge, and 1–2 years of experience. This role is on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum N Level.
• Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers, due to business needs.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint;
• Have 1-2 Years of experience.
