Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a nursing role in the Inpatient Ward/Suite to deliver safe, effective patient-centred care in accordance with established procedures and protocols.

The successful candidate will conduct patient assessments, participate in care planning, and document clearly while collaborating with colleagues and clinicians to ensure continuity of care and high standards of practice.

Qualifications

• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centred nursing care in an inpatient ward/suite.
• Adhere to established nursing procedures, clinical protocols and organisational standards.
• Demonstrate collaborative practice with colleagues and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and participate in planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care.
• Ensure safe delivery of nursing interventions and uphold patient care standards.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support patient well-being and continuity of care.
• Provide operational and clinical support to the Nurse Manager and clinicians, including ad hoc tasks.
