The Talent People is seeking a Senior/Staff Nurse for the Inpatient Suite/Ward in Singapore. You will deliver professional nursing services in line with established policies and SOPs, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include care management, assessment, planning, and evaluation, with a focus on safe patient delivery and holistic care. Flexibility to work 3 rotating or 12-hour shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent advantageous.
• Meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As a Senior / Staff Nurse in the Inpatient Suite/Ward, you shall be responsible to provide professional nursing service of the assigned unit in accordance with established nursing policies and procedure and standard operating procedures of nursing care and practices at our Inpatient Suites.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide a high standard of care to patients through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the patients.
• Responsible for the safe delivery of care to patient.
• Underake holistic patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Candidates with Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent will have an advantage.
• A meticulous and analytical team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to commit to 3 rotating or 12 hour shifts.
