• Ensure all activities within the department are in proper order.
• Co‑ordinate and brief team members daily during each shift.
• Ensure daily operations run in an orderly manner.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff.
• Assist in achieving revenue targets by upselling menu items.
• Recommend ways to reduce wastage and efficient resource use.
• Ensure proper service to guests and staff courtesy.
• Maintain harmonious working relationships among colleagues.

4. Provide guidance and training to junior staff to achieve guests' satisfaction.
5. Assist in achieving the revenue target by upselling and recommending menu items to guests.
6. Assist and recommend ways to reduce wastage and efficient use of resources.
7. Ensure guests are properly served and ensure that staff express courtesy, efficiency in dealing with guests.
8. Ensure a harmonious working relationship between colleagues with proper and fair distribution of workload.
