AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Tampines is seeking personnel for a manufacturing role with a 12-hour rotating shift pattern.

The position offers a basic salary of S$2,200–S$2,500 per month plus overtime up to S$3,000, and transport is provided. You will follow a 2 Days On / 2 Days Off schedule, with Day 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and Night 8:00 PM–8:00 AM shifts, rotating between day and night. Responsibilities

• Support process integration activities and production-related engineering tasks.
• Monitor and analyze process performance, production output, and yield.
• Troubleshoot process and production-related issues and support root-cause investigations.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve process stability, efficiency, and yield.
• Support process improvement, optimization, and engineering projects.
• Assist with implementing corrective and preventive actions to address process issues.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain relevant process and production documentation and reports.
