AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking candidates for a manufacturing/production role in Tampines, with transport provided.

Basic up to S$2,500 per month plus shift allowances; Day shifts at S$8 per shift and Night shifts at S$20 per shift. Working schedule includes 2 days on / 2 days off and 12-hour rotating shifts (8:00–20:00 for day, 20:00–08:00 for night). The position requires collaborating with Production and Engineering teams to improve process stability, efficiency and yield,

Qualifications

• Responsibilities cover process integration and production-related engineering tasks.
• Monitor process performance, production output and yield to optimize results.
• Troubleshoot process and production issues and support root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to improve stability and efficiency.
• Support process improvement, optimization and engineering projects.
• Assist implementing corrective and preventive actions for process issues.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure activities comply with company procedures, safety, quality and manufacturing guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain process and production documentation and reports.
