Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Tampines (Transport Provided) is seeking a Production Engineer Associate to support process integration and production-related engineering tasks.

The role requires monitoring process performance, addressing issues, and working with Production and Engineering teams to improve stability, efficiency, and yield, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Base salary: S$2,200–S$2,500 per month plus shift allowances.

Responsibilities

• Support process integration activities and production-related engineering tasks.
• Monitor and analyze process performance, production output, and yield.
• Troubleshoot process and production-related issues and support root-cause investigations.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to improve process stability, efficiency, and yield.
• Support process improvement, optimization, and engineering projects.
• Assist with implementing corrective and preventive actions to address process issues.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain relevant process and production documentation and reports.
