HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a wafer process engineer in Singapore to manage manufacturing processes, drive quality, and improve yield through data-driven methods.

You will align with global technology teams on process qualification and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Science, knowledge of semiconductor quality systems, and hands-on experience with statistical tools (JMP) and DOE/ SPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of semiconductor quality systems, data analysis, DOE, and SPC.
• Proficient in statistical analysis tools (e.g. JMP); experience with Visual Basic, databases, and queries is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage wafer manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and production targets.
• Work closely with global technology teams on process alignment and qualification of new processes, suppliers, and consumables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process capability improvement and yield enhancement initiatives.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for process issues and yield losses.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement permanent solutions for recurring process and quality issues.
• Establish and maintain best practices and innovative solutions for process improvement.
• Conduct statistical data analysis to support process optimization and decision‑making.
• Apply structured problem-solving and risk analysis tools (8D, Fishbone, DOE, FMEA).
