Job summary

GNA ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance and calibration on equipment in a cleanroom at Woodlands Micron Fab 10.

You will work on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule and collaborate with engineers to keep manufacturing equipment reliable. You will troubleshoot hardware issues, train colleagues, and liaise with vendors. Relevant diploma/ITE in engineering and experience in semiconductor environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE qualification in a related field (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, or Engineering).
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities applied to maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to support teamwork and training.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, alternating day/night every 2–3 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure operational reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot hardware issues and perform corrective maintenance including calibration and parts replacement.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, peers, and external vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Provide advanced training to less experienced colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned, with overtime pay.
