Job summary

GNA Engineering PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment in a cleanroom environment.

You will collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot hardware issues and provide training to colleagues while coordinating with vendors. This role requires working 12-hour rotating shifts at Woodlands Micron Fab 10. Key tasks include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, training, and performing ad-hoc duties with

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, or Engineering related field.
• Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills applied to problem-solving in technical maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to support teamwork and training.
• Willingness to learn and maintain a positive working attitude.

• Perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure operational reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot hardware issues and perform corrective maintenance including calibration and parts replacement.
• Communicate effectively with engineers, peer specialists, and external vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Provide advanced training to less experienced colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned, with overtime pay.

• 12-hour shifts (09:00am/pm - 09:00pm/am), working 4 days on, 3 days off, then 3 days on, 4 days off.

• Work in a cleanroom environment for extended hours.
