Qualifications

• Minimum 5 consecutive years of experience with an international airline.
• Extensive Commercial Business Class experience is essential.
• Previous experience in Business Aviation, Corporate Aviation, First Class, or Private Jet operations is highly advantageous.
• Private Jet or VVIP cabin experience would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience delivering highly personalised service to high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety, cabin load, and galley operations per FOM under Commander's authority.
• Serve as the primary link between passengers and flight crew for seamless communication.
• Deliver highly personalised, discreet service while maintaining top hospitality standards.
• Create a warm, refined cabin environment reflecting premium Business Aviation standards.
• Participate in crew briefings and follow flight-specific procedures and information.
• Inspect safety, cabin, catering, and equipment; report deficiencies to the Commander.
• Carry out prescribed safety and passenger-service duties per FOM and SOPs.
• Prepare cabin before each flight with cleanliness, comfort, and readiness.
• Manage catering and ensure cabin stock meets passenger preferences.
• Maintain on-board supplies and inventory for continued service readiness.
• Conduct post-flight cabin checks and prepare aircraft for next flight.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with VVIP passengers.
