ENSIGN INFOSECURITY (CYBERSECURITY) PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to provide operational and integration support for vulnerability management solutions (self-hosted and SaaS) in client environments, focusing on system administration and maintaining platform stability in a full-time, on-site role at client offices in Singapore. Key responsibilities include managing Tenable VMS, onboarding/offboarding, configuring scan jobs and reports, integrating with external systems,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in deployment, operational management and/or maintenance support of Tenable VMS solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to perform integration with external systems
• Good understanding of security best practices and vulnerability management
• Experience working with vendor support and managing escalation processes
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Willingness to be on standby after support hours as part of operational requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate Tenable VMS platform
• Process service requests: onboarding, offboarding, scan job configurations and custom reports
• Integrate with external systems
• Develop and maintain SOPs for patching and asset onboarding
• Log, coordinate and drive resolution with vendors
• Respond to security inquiries and analyze scan results
• Own incidents and service requests end-to-end
• Provide Level 1 and 2 operational support
• Perform fault isolation and root-cause analysis
• Patching and plugin updates as required
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation standards
• Standby after office hours as needed
