Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer specialized in Tenable VMS to manage on-premise vulnerability management for enterprise clients. You will administer VMS, develop scan jobs, generate reports, and ensure SLAs are met while coordinating with client teams.

The role requires 2+ years of hands-on Tenable VMS experience, strong security knowledge, and the ability to work on customer premises with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or related discipline.
• 2+ years of professional experience in operational management or support of Tenable VMS solutions in large enterprises/MNCs.
• Knowledge of common security solutions and integration with external systems (DNS, Domain Controller, NTP, Log Management, System Monitoring, Backup, VMS, 2FA).
• Able to work at customer premises.
• Able to perform system maintenance after office hours.
• Able to provide standby support after office hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine operational tasks in administration and support of on-premise Tenable VMS solutions located at customer sites, in accordance with policies and processes.
• Meet or exceed operational SLA with customers, especially on incident, problem, service requests, patching and vulnerability management.
• Develop and update VMS scan jobs and perform scheduled VMS scans.
• Develop and update VMS reports.
• Onboard and offboard assets to VMS solutions and resolve onboarding issues.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure timely delivery.
• Comply with service management processes and requirements.
• Execute customer service requests within agreed timelines.
• Track operational metrics and implement mitigations on identified risks.
• Remediate security findings from assessments and audits.
• Respond to system alerts and incidents after office hours.
• Perform system maintenance after office hours and provide standby support.

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Platform Engineer with expertise in Tenable VMS to enhance our security posture. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, experience with vulnerability management tools, and the ability to implement effective solutions that protect our systems and data.

Job Scope

• Perform routine operational tasks in administration and support of on-premise Tenable VMS solutions located at customer sites, in accordance with the established policies, procedures and processes
• Work with other team members and customer's teams to meet or exceed operational SLA, especially on incident, problem, service request, patching and vulnerability management
• Develop and update VMS scan jobs
• Perform scheduled VMS scans
• Develop and update VMS reports
• Onboard and offboard assets to VMS solutions, troubleshoot and resolve asset onboarding issues with the asset owners
• Develop and continually update procedures, processes and documentation for operations in accordance with customer requirements, government regulations, industry standards and product best practices.
• Prepare operational reports (regular and ad-hoc) accurately and timely.
• Comply with all service management processes and requirements
• Execute Service Requests submitted by the customer within the agreed timeline
• Track operational metrics
• Implement mitigations on identified risks

Requirements
