Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to provide operational support for vulnerability management solutions in client environments, including self-hosted and SaaS deployments. You will administer systems, integrate with external tools, and drive incident resolution while maintaining system stability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of deployment, operational management or maintenance support of Tenable VMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Tenable VMS platform on client environments.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, configurations, and scan job management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for patching and routine maintenance.
• Log, triage and coordinate resolutions with vendors for incidents.
• Provide Level 1 and 2 operational support and stand-by after hours as required.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Platform Engineer to provide operational, technical and integration support in cybersecurity solutions (self-hosted and SaaS) in the domain of vulnerability management. The role focuses on system administration, integration with external systems, system enhancements, maintaining system stability, resolving incidents, and ensuring optimal performance of vulnerability management solutions in a client environment.
Place of work shall be at client office on a full0time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage Tenable VMS platform
• Fulfill perform service requests, including onboarding, offboarding, configurations, creation/update of scan jobs, creation/edition of custom scan reports
• Perform integration with external systems
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs for patching, upgrades, onboarding of assets and routine maintenance.
• Log and manage support cases with vendors, including coordinating troubleshooting sessions and driving resolution.
• Respond to technical enquiries, including vulnerability remediation, analysis of scan reports and scan jobs
• Take full ownership of assigned incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support, including issue triaging and escalation where necessary.
• Perform fault isolation, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for technical issues.
• Perform activities when required, including patching, plug-in updates and other system maintenance.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, client requirements, and documentation standards.
• Perform stand-by after office hours

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in deployment, operational management and/or maintenance support of Tenable VMS solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex platform issues.
• Ability to perform integration with external systems
• Good understanding of security best practices and vulnerability management
• Experience working with vendor support and managing escalation processes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to clients.
• Basic project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to be on standby after support hours as part of operational requirements.
