As the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) for Core Banking, the incumbent is responsible for partnering closely with stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation, requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support. The primary objective is to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality core banking enhancements that fully comply with regulatory, governance, and organizational standards.
This role encompasses end-to-end technical delivery management, including requirements management, active involvement in solution design and development, oversight of testing activities, deployment planning, and production support readiness. The TDM is expected to maintain a holistic view of the delivery process, ensuring seamless integration across all stages and stakeholders.
Strong expertise in the core banking domain is essential, along with the ability to proactively identify risks, anticipate potential challenges, and develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to address uncertainties and ensure successful project outcomes. The role requires a forward-thinking mindset, sound technical judgment, and the ability to drive delivery excellence collaborating with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
